As we dream of warmer spring days, winter's chill brings its own delights, and enjoying a traditional Portuguese stew is certainly one of them. If you've indulged in the famous stew from XXL by Olivier da Costa or tried the new Duro in Santos, there's another culinary gem to explore: the Portuguese stew at the Ordem dos Médicos.

This isn't a surgical operation, but we assure you that, just like in medicine, precision is key in this meal. Served buffet-style, you can savor this delightful dish starting next Sunday, February 23.

The stew features a rich selection of sausages like farinheira, morcela, and chouriço, alongside beef and pork, cabbage, rice, boiled potatoes, beans, and more. Plus, there's a fruit and dessert table to complete your feast.

You can go back for seconds (or thirds!) at no extra charge. The buffet costs €25 per person, with drinks billed separately. There are two seating options: the first from 12:00 to 13:45 and the second from 14:00 to 15:45.

To reserve your spot for the stew on Sunday, call 936 330 173 or email comercial@pateovelho.com.pt with your name, number of guests, preferred time, and contact number. The buffet takes place at the Páteo Velho Restaurant located at Avenida Almirante Gago Coutinho, Lisbon.
