Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have recently purchased a stunning holiday home in Portugal, located within the exclusive CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club. This resort is situated in Comporta, just an hour's drive south of Lisbon along Portugal's beautiful west coast.
The couple's decision to buy this property was influenced by Princess Eugenie’s husband, Jack Brooksbank, who works at the resort. The CostaTerra villas have been meticulously designed by Denton House, a high-end architecture and interior design firm known for creating luxurious residences. Their motto promises to deliver "the world’s most glamorous residences and resort destinations".

Nestled on a picturesque beach in the Algarve, CostaTerra has become a sought-after holiday destination for the affluent, remaining largely unspoiled by mass tourism. The resort spans 722 acres and is expected to feature 300 homes, with prices starting at an impressive £3.6 million.
Notable Connections
The CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club is owned by Mike Meldman, a multimillionaire and co-founder of Casamigos tequila, alongside George Clooney and Rande Gerber. Meldman has a long-standing friendship with Jack Brooksbank, who is involved in marketing and sales for Meldman’s company, Discovery Land Company.
The resort is equipped with various amenities, including an 18-hole golf course, a spa, and an equestrian center. Notably, Madonna is known to frequent the area with her horses.
Before their purchase in Portugal, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, along with Princess Eugenie and Jack, shared time living at Frogmore Cottage, a historic residence on the King’s Windsor estate.
