The woman stated she requested an Uber around 2 AM while in the Rua de São Paulo area near Cais do Sodré, after spending time in the nightlife district. It was reported that she was intoxicated and lost consciousness during the ride.

Hours later, she woke up in an unknown residence, finding herself naked from the waist down. After managing to escape, she went to Hospital de São José, where medical examinations confirmed the assault. The case is currently under investigation by the Polícia Judiciária.
