This collaboration stems from a shared passion for sea flavors and the ingredients that Portugal has to offer. The carefully crafted menu, which includes wine pairings, is priced at €350 per person and reflects each chef's culinary identity, combining sophisticated techniques with respect for national gastronomic tradition.

The evening will be guided by host chef Rui Silvestre, whose 14-course tasting menu fuses Portuguese cuisine with influences from Indian and African gastronomy, honoring his family roots. The sophistication of French techniques combined with the depth of exotic flavors results in a bold experience.

Since 2007, Austrian chef Hans Neuner has established Ocean as one of the country's iconic restaurants. Awarded two Michelin stars, his Algarve restaurant is known for its innovative menus that explore historical and cultural connections in Portuguese gastronomy.

Inspired by spice routes and the influence of countries like Brazil, Mozambique, and Cape Verde, Neuner takes his guests on a journey of global flavors. His visit to Lisbon for this special night presents a rare opportunity to experience his culinary signature in an exclusive setting.

In the north of the country, Rui Paula is synonymous with excellence. His restaurant Casa de Chá da Boa Nova in Leça da Palmeira is a true gastronomic temple, where the fusion of the sea and the chef's creativity has earned him two Michelin stars.
