Kylie Minogue Returns to Portugal

The Australian pop sensation Kylie Minogue is making a grand return to Portugal for a concert at the MEO Arena in Lisbon on July 15, 2025. This performance is part of her highly anticipated 'Tension' tour, which was announced by the promoter on Tuesday.

According to Last Tour, this will be Kylie Minogue's largest tour since 2011, kicking off in February in Australia, before traveling through Asia and North America, and finally reaching Europe in May.

The Lisbon date marks the final stop of the tour, following her previous performance in the city back in 2009.

Ticket Sales

Pre-sale for tickets will commence on October 16, with general sales beginning on October 18 through the promoter's website. This coincides with the release of “Tension II”, which features 13 new songs including collaborations with artists like The Blessed Madonna, Bebe Rexha, Tove Lo, Orville Peck, Diplo, and Sia.

While details about ticket pricing have yet to be announced, fans are eagerly awaiting this exciting comeback.

A Star's Journey

At 56 years old, Kylie Minogue began her career as a child actress in Australian soap operas, but it was in the late 1980s that she gained fame as a singer with her hit “Locomotion.” Her debut album, “Kylie,” released in 1988, included the dance-pop classic “I Should Be So Lucky.”

Since then, she has broken through geographical barriers, becoming a household name in Europe and the United States, often compared to Madonna. Over the years, she has received numerous accolades, including Grammys and Brit Awards, and has released one of the most iconic songs of the early 2000s, “Can’t Get You Out of My Head.”

Kylie has also made appearances in films like “Street Fighter” and “Holy Motors”, collaborating with a variety of artists, notably on “Where the Wild Roses Grow” with Nick Cave.
