Rúben Rosário, from the Vendas Novas volunteer firefighters, confirmed that they received several calls requesting information. However, there are currently no reports of damage or victims, and no emergency services have been activated.

The tremor was also felt with lesser intensity in the municipalities of Mora, Redondo, Vendas Novas (Évora), Leiria, Arruda dos Vinhos, Cascais (Lisbon), and Coruche (Santarém).
