APEB Launches Concrete Testing Laboratory in Algarve
The Portuguese Association of Ready-Mixed Concrete Companies (APEB) has inaugurated a new concrete testing laboratory in Estoi, Faro, Algarve. This facility aims to address the shortage of quality testing spaces in the southern region of Portugal.
Enhancing Safety and Sustainability
The laboratory is equipped to conduct compression resistance tests on concrete, which is essential for ensuring the safety and sustainability of construction projects. This initiative aligns with Decree-Law 90/2021, which mandates the verification of concrete resistance in all construction works.
