Major Hotel Transaction in Portugal
Uría Menéndez has successfully advised ECS, an asset management firm partially owned by Davidson Kempner Capital Management, on the sale of the Conrad Algarve hotel to Quinta do Lago Empreendimentos Imobiliários e Turísticos. This transaction is notable for being the largest single-asset sale ever recorded in Portugal’s hospitality sector.
The Conrad Algarve is a prestigious five-star hotel boasting 154 suites, 80 apartments, two villas, a luxury spa, and six restaurants and bars, which includes a Michelin-starred restaurant.
