Disturbing Allegations in Court

Dominique P. is currently on trial for recruiting over 60 men to rape his wife, Gisele Pelicot, in France. He has attempted to cover his crimes by accusing Gisele of having affairs while he engaged in leisure activities such as cycling and playing pétanque.

Gisele revealed to Dominique that she needed treatment for a sexually transmitted disease of an "inexplicable" origin. Dominique's reaction was to suggest that her gynecological issues were due to frequent rapes, portraying her as unfaithful.

Drugging and Abuse

It is reported that Dominique would drug Gisele during dinner, leaving her with no memory of the assaults. As the trial progressed, Dominique attempted to depict Gisele as obsessed with sex and insisted that their marriage was "perfect."

The police uncovered disturbing evidence on Dominique's computer, including folders labeled 'Her Rapists', 'Abuse', and 'My Whore'. He meticulously recorded the names of the perpetrators and specific details of the acts, leading authorities to identify 50 men, while 22 remain unidentified.

Confrontation and Trauma

Investigators had to confront Gisele with videos of the assaults to confirm her lack of consent, as many of the arrested men claimed otherwise. During a preliminary hearing, Gisele expressed her horror upon learning about the humiliations inflicted by her husband, stating: "He disgusts me. I feel dirty, contaminated, betrayed. It was a tsunami. I was hit by a high-speed train." This trauma has led her to experience severe mental health challenges, including multiple suicide attempts.

Determined to expose her abusers and highlight the crime of drug-induced rape, Gisele waived her right to a private trial and anonymity.

Shocking Revelations in Court

On Tuesday, Dominique claimed in court that he had also drugged and taken compromising photos of their daughter. The police found a folder titled 'My Naked Daughter' on his computer. At this revelation, Carolina D., presumably a family member, began shaking uncontrollably and required assistance to leave the courtroom in Avignon, France.
