The first public tender, with a base price of €815,000, focuses on the rehabilitation of the sewage network at the Rio Arade port. This project aims to restore the functionality of domestic wastewater collection and treatment systems. The work will include:
- Construction of a new pumping station
- Replacement of necessary collectors to redirect collected sewage
- Connection to the municipal network to ensure the efficiency and environmental sustainability of the system.
Sagres Fish Market Upgrades
The second public tender, with a base price of €270,000, involves exterior rehabilitation of the Sagres fish market to ensure safety, usability, and durability. The interventions will include:
- Treatment of reinforcements
- Application of structural repair mortar on reinforced concrete elements
- Installation of a new waterproofing and coating system on the terrace.
Additionally, construction is currently underway on a cover at the unloading dock in Sagres, representing an investment of about €92,000, aimed at enhancing working conditions for sector professionals.
