Project Features

The development will cover 400 hectares within a nature reserve and will include significant sustainability measures, integrating an additional 200 hectares of pine forest and dunes. Key features of the project include:

  • Direct access to the beach
  • An 18-hole golf course
  • Various amenities such as sports facilities, shops, and an exclusive beach club for residents and tourists

The gross construction area is expected to be approximately 200,000 square meters.

Economic Impact

The construction phase is projected to create over 2,000 jobs, with the fully operational complex generating more than 1,000 permanent jobs. Buyers will have the opportunity to purchase land for custom homes or choose from turnkey properties, some of which are already under construction.

A New Luxury Destination

Pinheirinho is set to become a premier destination, often compared to luxurious locales like the Hamptons, Ibiza, and St. Tropez. The site’s strategic location, just one hour from Lisbon and near the airports of Lisbon, Faro, and Beja, continues to attract both tourists and investors from around the globe.

João Cabaça, CEO of VIC Properties, expressed excitement about the project, emphasizing the commitment to enhancing the natural beauty of the area while being responsible to the local community and environment.
