The Culinary Journey
Pavel, who discovered Portugal almost a decade ago while diving in the Azores, transitioned from a career in the oil industry to the culinary world. He opened Casa Ă‚ncora in 2016, bringing contemporary cuisine to the island of Pico. Now, alongside Vladimir Perelman, a well-known restaurant entrepreneur from Moscow, they have launched Bisque at Largo do Conde BarĂŁo.

A French Bistro Experience
The restaurant's aesthetic, designed by Centá studio, features red roses, white tablecloths, and candlelight, creating an ambiance reminiscent of Paris. The menu highlights traditional French dishes with a twist. Signature items include:
- Bisque soup with generous chunks of lobster (€25)
- Topinambur with bisque sauce and comté cheese (€8.50)
- Sea bass with broccolini and poulet sauce (€18)
- Beef bourguignon with roasted potatoes and carrots (€17.50)
