A Stand Against Sexual Violence
In Lisbon, hundreds gathered to protest against sexual violence, spurred by a recent incident involving a young woman allegedly raped by three influencers in Loures. The rally, titled "Violação não se filma, condena-se" ("Rape is not to be filmed, it should be condemned"), highlighted the urgent need to address and condemn such acts.
Prominent figures such as Inês Herédia, Rita Ferro Rodrigues, and Iva Domingues joined the demonstration, voicing their outrage over the sharing of images depicting these assaults. Their presence underscored the collective demand for accountability and change in societal attitudes towards sexual violence.
