These spots are part of a collaboration with EMEL and Telpark, encompassing 36 parking facilities throughout Lisbon.

The new parking spots are available to anyone residing near a participating parking facility.

Operating Hours and How to Enroll

The "night subscription", as termed by EMEL, will be active:

  • Weekdays: From 6 PM to 10 AM
  • Weekends and Holidays: All day To enroll in the EMEL or Telpark parking facilities, residents can do so through their EMEL profile or at EMEL stores and directly with Telpark.

Participating Areas

A total of 36 parking facilities are included, spread over 14 parishes in Lisbon. For the complete list of participating parks, check here.

Cost of the Subscription

The night subscription costs 22 euros per month, eliminating the need for the EMEL permit, and is valid for up to 12 months. Note that parking outside the designated hours will be charged according to the regular rates of the facility.
