Starbucks is set to expand its presence in the Algarve with a new store opening in Faro, marking the second location in the city and the fourth in the region. The grand opening is scheduled for March 4th, located at Praça Dom Francisco Gomes, nº 2.

The new store boasts a 170 m² area and can accommodate 55 customers. In line with Starbucks' initiative, “Aberturas com Causa”, all proceeds from the first day of sales will be donated to the Instituto Dom Francisco Gomes, a private social solidarity institution dedicated to supporting children and youth in vulnerable situations.

António Romero, General Manager of Starbucks Portugal and Spain, expressed excitement about this opening: “Not only does this reinforce our presence in the Algarve, but we are thrilled about this new location in a central point of Faro. This store reflects our commitment to creating an environment where every detail contributes to a memorable experience, offering our customers the true essence of Starbucks.”

This marks the second opening of Starbucks in Portugal since the beginning of the year, further demonstrating the brand's commitment to its expansion in the country.
